Lima, au Pérou, 1978. En pleine coupe du monde de football, Félix Chacaltana, un jeune employé timoré par une bureaucratie kafkaïenne, se retrouve entraîné malgré lui, suite au meurtre de son meilleur ami, dans un complot d’envergure internationale. Disparitions, tortures et meurtres se multiplient autour de lui. Pour protéger ceux et celles qu’il aime, Félix va devoir risquer sa vie et affronter un ennemi surpuissant caché derrière un nom mystérieux : l’Opération Condor.

Set in Peru during the soccer World Cup in Argentina in 1978, Felix, a young rigorous bureaucrat working in an archive office gets involved in the investigation of his friend’s death, after discovering compromising documents leading him to believe he was murdered. The truth will bring the end of innocence and his loss  of trust and faith in the law and political system.
